Paratus are aware that managing an estate can be very time consuming especially when you are away from the property for periods of time. The dealing with external contractors for regular and adhoc maintenance can prove problematic especially if dealing with them remotely.
Under the estate/facilities management offering, Paratus would become point of contact for all third party contracts and would deal with the day to day contact. All invoices and liability would still lie with the estate directly. The EFM role would include weekly patrols on top of any that are done by the security team concentrating especially on maintenance issues and getting them rectified.
Paratus have a number of partners that they work regularly with including electricians, ground clearance and fencing contractors. A minimum of three quotes (unless a very specialised job) would be gained for each task and these would then be passed to the estate for approval before work commences.
